By default, your Project Files are stored in the project indefinately. Data files that contain personally identifiable information will be deleted by the system after either 6 or 24 months, depending on project requirements.
If you want your data removed from MyNorstat, you can reach out to your dedicated Norstat Project Manager at any time.
