Norstat Studio uses AI to help you to further analyse your data, powered by OpenAI.
While the AI solution offered is based on OpenAI, it does not share or use your data to train AI models.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Using the internal Norstat AI tool provided through Norstat Studio does not allow AI models to train on client data.
Is anything shared with ChatGPT / OpenAI?
No, we do not share any data with ChatGPT or OpenAI.
Disable AI usage
If your organization prefers not to use the AI features in Norstat Studio, you can disable AI by toggling off "AI Features" in the Organization view. This will disable Summariser in Studio. You can still use other features in Studio.
The setting will be saved across your Organization and can be changed by a Superuser.
